This exhibition of Andrew Wyeth’s work takes a look at some of his Maine watercolor and tempera paintings completed over the last seventy-four years. Included in the exhibition is a small group of works painted by the artist at the Olson House. For many years, the Olsons and their house symbolized the essence of Maine for Wyeth. Since 1991, when the Olson House was gifted to the Farnsworth Art Museum, it has been an important part of the museum’s collection.
